Data Insights Manager

• Generate robust, data-driven insights that align with business strategies and support evidence-based commercial decision-making.

• Lead and coordinate forecasting processes and sales performance tracking to monitor progress against targets and inform corrective actions.

• Manage key account data related to MPSC (Medicines Procurement and Supply Chain), NHS Contracts, and Dispensing Doctors to ensure accurate reporting and strategic planning.

• Design, create, and manage dynamic dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visualisations of sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.

• Proven experience in data analysis insights generation, and CRM management within pharmaceutical, healthcare, OTC, or similar commercial environment.

• Experience with forecasting methodologies and sales performance measurement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

• Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in ophthalmology, optometry or related therapeutic areas is advantageous.
