Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.

As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs. Responsibilities:

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * You must have previous demonstrable experience working in a busy environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical jargon in a way that customers can understand. You will be tech-savvy with an interest in IT and problem solving.

The following skills are desirable, however not essential, as comprehensive training will be given: Experience with Active Directory and Windows 10. As well as experience of outlook, multiple internet browsers, and Microsoft applications.
