We are looking for a Senior Digital Change and Implementation Manager to join our community of tech experts in DWP Digital. We're driving a once-in-a-generation transformation of government services.

We're using fresh ideas and leading-edge technologies to build and maintain innovative, scalable and user-centric digital solutions that will be used by nearly every person in the UK, at key moments in their lives.

The scale of what we do is extraordinary, and our purpose is unique. We'd love you to join us.

Delivery. Work. Projects.

In this role, you'll help manage the delivery of change to Universal Credit and evolve how we approach release management.

You'll lead the end-to-end release process for Universal Credit Full Service, a critical system supporting over six million households. This includes setting priorities, resolving conflicts, managing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You'll be the main point of contact for release management, liaising with infrastructure engineers, developers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track. You'll also integrate change and release activities into agile workflows and oversee implementation planning across teams.

Beyond delivery, you'll drive continuous improvement by running retrospectives and refining release processes. You'll manage stakeholder communications, user preparation, and adoption activities to ensure each release delivers real value. Regular out-of-hours work will be required during weekly releases, and you'll play a key role in safeguarding service integrity through effective environment and risk management., Do you want to play a pivotal role in delivering some of the country's most important tech projects? We're recruiting innovative, curious, and enthusiastic digital specialists who want to be part of our huge transformation.

DWP Digital improves user experiences for the Department for Work and Pensions' customers and colleagues. The services we build are used by millions of people to access the support that they need at different times of their lives.
