Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Support professional to join our team, providing expert business support in assessing applications across Energy Networks, Licence Programmes, and Low Carbon Technologies such as EV chargers and air source heat pumps What you'll be doing

  • Act as an effective member of the LCT technical team.
  • Manage correspondence, applications, and contacts, initiating appropriate actions with installers and customers.
  • Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.
  • Ensure all customer contacts/applications are processed in line with relevant procedures and timescales.
  • Provide administration, management support, and reporting across all LCT areas.
  • Promote and deliver excellent customer service standards.
  • Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and lead by example toward a zero-accident culture.
  • Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Administer and process all documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain quality standards in all activities.
  • Contribute to process and procedure improvements within Licence Programmes and LCT.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Regulatory reporting?, * Working knowledge of network and business data management systems.

  • Experience within utilities, civil engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, Guaranteed Standards, Licence, and Ofgem obligations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team.
  • Strong telephony and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental legislation would be beneficial
  • Awareness of regulatory issues and inter-business relationships.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as a minimum: * Higher Education or equivalent grades in Maths and English.

  • Computer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite
