Job description
As an experienced SAP Programme Manager, you will lead a large-scale migration from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA. This high-profile, multi-year initiative encompasses the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), alongside critical change management and data transformation activities. The role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in delivering complex SAP transformations for large organisations, ensuring minimal business disruption while maximising strategic value. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the programme, driving outcomes across time, cost, and quality, while fostering a culture of partnership, collaboration, and trust with the client.
Requirements
Manufacturing, Retail, Prince2, Ms Project, Management Skills, Pmp, Public Sector, Data Migration, * Several years of SAP programme/project management experience.
- Successful track record leading full lifecycle SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migrations.
- Understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and their interdependencies.
- Strong experience with SAP Activate, data migration, and cutover strategies.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets (£10M+) and global programme teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in programme management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
Desirable:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certified.
- SAP certification (e.g., S/4HANA Project Manager or equivalent).
- Familiarity with cloud migration (e.g., SAP RISE with HANA, Azure, AWS).
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer Services and the Public Sector would advantageous.
