Job description
We're looking for a proactive IT Support & Systems Technician to join our growing organisation. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, device setup, and basic infrastructure tasks across multiple sites. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting end users, and working with a wide range of technologies, this is the role for you., * Deliver responsive 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and macOS users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and bespoke internal systems.
- Manage user accounts, MFA, and core Microsoft 365 admin tasks.
- Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices, hardware, and software.
- Assist with the deployment of firewalls, switches, and business-grade equipment.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Travel to other sites to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows environments.
- Ability to learn and support bespoke internal applications.
- Previous experience in an IT support role within an SME environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure administration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs).
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Basic PowerShell knowledge.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting Apple devices.
- Knowledge of small-business firewalls (e.g., UniFi or similar).
- Familiarity with CRMs.
- Exposure to procurement and liaising with vendors.
- Experience with automation or systems administration tasks.
- Background in IT asset management.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
