Job description
We are recruiting a Procurement Support Administrator on a 12-month FTC, to provide accurate and detailed administration support to the procurement function. This role provides high quality administration support to aid management of procurement, sub-contractor administration, ERP database, ISO accreditation, purchasing MI reports, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft AX., * Provide admin support for procurement documents (Warranty, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, ISO defects, Commissioning)
- Database management
- Monitor supplier performance
- Produce reports
- Expedite purchase orders
- Support supplier quotations
- Liaise with sales, service, projects, and logistics to resolve queries
- Assist buyers in maintaining group stock file database
- Resolve purchase ledger queries
- Manage ISO accreditation for purchasing/logistics
- Purchase PPE, stationery, and general supplies for Burntwood, Brownhills, and Gloucester sites
- Procure contractors for site maintenance
- Integrate new price lists onto ERP system
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, * Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
