Digital Content Executive

As Content Executive, you'll be responsible for creating and refining content that improves the

customer journey and builds a strong, consistent brand presence across all digital channels.

From ensuring compelling, SEO-friendly product listings to curating engaging social media

content, you'll bring beauty to life across our digital platforms.

This role requires a detail-oriented, creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a strong

understanding of e-commerce content strategies.

You'll work closely with various teams to ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging,

optimised for performance, and delivers real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimise on-site content including product descriptions and blog content.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our social media channels, aligned with

our marketing calendar.

• Work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign launches and Gift with

Purchase promotions

• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and SEO-friendly.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Design, Paid Media, Marketplace) to ensure

messaging is accurate and impactful.

• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, using insights to refine future

content.

• Keep up to date with trends in content, social media, and digital marketing to ensure we

Do you have experience in SEO?, * A strong passion for beauty, with a keen eye for compelling content and a flair for

storytelling.

• Experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing within an e-commerce

or beauty-related environment.

• Experience with Magento (or similar CMS platforms).

• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to product and website content.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
