Job description
Boeing are looking for a Business & Facilities Support Specialist to support the Boeing teams based in Lossiemouth. Reporting to the Head of MRO, the Business & Facilities Support Specialist will work closely with the Operation Management team in this demanding and varied role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are safe and compliant with local regulations
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communication
- Managing access to Boeing areas and integrations with the Atlantic Building
- Processing visitor requests and ensuring planned visits are coordinated with the day to day operations in the facility
- Processing incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Ordering and maintaining general office supplier
- Planning and implementing logistics for internal and external events and meetings
- Enduring the Boeing area of the facility is maintained in excellent condition
- Building a strong professional relationship with key people in the wider customer community at RAF Lossiemouth
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * User level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Quick to learn new systems
- Adaptable and ready to take on any challenge
- Proactive and responsible, will own a problem and find a solution
Experience and skills that would help with the role:
- Customer service
- Experience working in a Boeing Defence facility
- Experience working with Defence customers
- Experience with Facilities Management
Work Authorisation: This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
