Job description

  • Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support business strategy and operational excellence.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and translate business questions into robust data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Build data models, perform advanced statistical analysis, and create predictive insights where applicable.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, data quality, and data availability.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on customer behaviour, product performance, marketing performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reporting platforms.
  • Communicate insights clearly through compelling visualizations and presentations tailored to business audiences.
  • Mentor junior analysts and help establish industry-best analytical practices and documentation standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools such as:
  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis using Excel, Python, or R (Python preferred).
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, KPI frameworks, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse).
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
