Requirements
Previous experience in a first-line or technical support environment Confidence communicating with users by phone and in-person A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on positive outcomes A full UK driving licence (or plans to obtain one soon) This is a full-time, office-based role (Uckfield) with the potential for occasional home working. They are open to offering slightly reduced hours if required - for example to fit around child-care responsibilities.
