IT Risk and Security Strategy Senior Consultant

• Advise clients on compliance with emerging regulatory landscape (NIS2, DORA, CRA, etc.) and provide subject matter expertise in line with various industry standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
• Conduct comprehensive security maturity assessments and define roadmaps tailored to client specific industries, business models and operations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop/strengthen their information security strategies And frameworks, incl. risk management, digital resilience (incident response, business continuity etc.) and governance.
• Collaborate/lead multi-disciplinary teams composed of business, IT, legal stakeholders within a project/program environment, providing value added services and recommendations.
• Play an instrumental role in ensuring that deliverables are of the highest caliber, meeting the client's expectations
• Stay abreast of emerging regulatory developments and cybersecurity threats to identify new opportunities and continuously enhance clients' cybersecurity posture.

• You are at ease with writing proposals and developing clients' pitch.

• You are a proactive team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to deliver high quality results

• You are fluent in English and at least French or Dutch

Qualification and Education Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on Risk Management and Information Security

• A track record of delivering or managing projects in Cybersecurity or IT Risk-related focus areas mentioned above

• Proven experience and understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards (NIS2, CRA, DORA, AI Act, ISO27001, SOC2,…)

• Experience in conducting maturity assessments, risk management framework or regulatory compliance audits related to information security

• Strong project management skills in line with the industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE 2 etc. are a plus)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong business acumen and sharp client facing communication/interpersonal skills.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
