Finance Master Data Lead - SAP

• Lead the development of data policies and practices to ensure the integrity, security, and availability of all data and data structures
• Define requirements for end-to-end data models, data dictionary, and documentation of value lists
• Define best practices, principles, and processes for data management within the department
• Define and take responsibility for implementing the end-to-end process for managing financial master data
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and internal controls to achieve the highest standards
• Analyze financial master data and optimize data flow between users and stakeholders
• Lead data management-related activities and initiatives for process optimization, as well as ensure operation, monitoring, and support of data services
• Create, implement, and maintain master data solutions and services in compliance with policies, frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs
• Collaborate and build cross-functional relationships to advise the company on leveraging master data to support strategic goals
• Contribute to the setup, customization, or maintenance of standardized data structures and related components

• Extensive experience with financial master data in SAP
• Ability to lead the Finance Master Data team and make decisions
• Solid understanding of master data management, data governance, and related technologies
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with SAP MDG preferred
• Expertise in designing and optimizing business processes
• Experience in an agile environment preferred
• Experience in the medical technology sector preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
