Product Owner

• Manage Product Backlog: formulate and prioritize backlog items as per critical business objectives.
• Define Sprint Objectives: set the suggested sprint objective to determine the sprint goal.
• Review and Approve Work: inspect the product increment from design preparation to production release verification.
• Provide Effective Communication to Stakeholders: act as the central communicator between the development team and stakeholders.
• Backlog Refinement: prioritize, enhance, and finalize items with the team before sprint planning.
• Create and Maintain Change Requests: gather and prioritize operational changes within the Product Backlog for future sprint iteration.
• Define Acceptance Criteria: establish clear criteria for product features and confirm them with stakeholders.
• Gather Functional and Non-Functional Requirements: ensure all requirements meet the Product Manager's expectations.
• Maintain Requirements: adjust requirements as needed during the project lifecycle.
• Verify Requirements: confirm that gathered requirements are fit for purpose and use.
• Create and Maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases: hold accountability for the quality of artifact content.
• Participate in OKR Planning: work closely with stakeholders to estimate product achievement during quarterly OKR planning.

• At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst).
• Technical understanding in requirements lifecycle, Scrum and Agile methodologies, user experience principles, and coding and designing (nice to have).
• Excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills to convey product goals and report insights.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions quickly.
• Technical, analytical, and communication skills to make crucial decisions regarding product success and development.
• Process establishment and management skills, adapting processes as necessary, and leading productive, inclusive meetings that foster collaboration and decision-making.
• Leadership techniques to mentor and negotiate with team members and the wider business, and to act as a mediator for conflict resolution.
• PSPO Level 1 or similar certification is a plus but not required.
