Senior Technical Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in analog electronics, RF hardware, technology modeling, and amplifier design. This role involves coordinating a large portfolio of research and engineering activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple teams and technical domains. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate multiple research and engineering projects involving analog, RF, and mixed-signal technologies. * Oversee research activities involving quantum dots (QDs), qubits, and advanced semiconductor hardware concepts. * Align technical teams, structure program plans, and ensure smooth cross-project communication. * Manage timelines, risks, and reporting across multidisciplinary contributors. * Support strategic decision-making and guide program direction at a high level. Required Skills & Expertise: * Solid understanding of analog electronics, RF/mixed-signal systems, or semiconductor hardware. * Ability to interpret complex technical topics and coordinate them at a program level. * Experience leading R&D programs or multi-team engineering initiatives. * Familiarity with quantum-related hardware is a plus. * Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills suited for senior coordination roles.
