Job description
You will lead the Ansible implementation and strategy for an international company (+60 countries).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain reusable, secure, and scalable Terraform modules to provision Azure infrastructure.
- Environment Management: Deploy multiple environments (Development, Production, etc.) in Azure, ensuring consistency and best practices.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Create and optimize GitHub Actions workflows to automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and monitoring.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure, including identity management, networking, and monitoring.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources while maintaining performance and availability.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain clear documentation of Terraform modules and CI/CD processes, enabling easy adoption across teams.
- Testing & Validation: Implement automated tests for infrastructure code and ensure infrastructure changes are validated before deployment.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a SRE or DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, Ansible towe and automatization.
- Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Networks, Resource Groups, Storage, and Compute.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented Terraform code.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
