Head of Data - Senior Data Scientist (Madrid/Spain)

We are searching for a Data & Analytics Leader with at least 8+ years of experience driving AI and Data strategies in banking, fintech, and/or outsourcing sectors with proven ability to lead high-performance teams, align data strategy with business goals, and deliver measurable impact through innovation and governance.

Working alongside the CEO she/he will be responsible for Data governance and its accuracy as well as the elaboration of reports to improve the efficiency of the organization, including predictive models.
