Job description
As a key member of the SAP Program Management Team, the Change Management Lead will shape and execute the change strategy for our enterprise-wide SAP transformation. This role ensures a smooth transition to the new ERP solution, drives strong stakeholder adoption, and enables long-term value from new processes and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, functional teams, and program stakeholders to guide the organization through this multi-year journey., Change Management Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy.
- Define change plans, timelines, readiness measures, and success criteria.
- Integrate change activities into the overall program plan.
Organizational Readiness & Impact Analysis
- Conduct impact assessments across functions and regions.
- Identify risks, resistance points, and change implications.
- Prepare leaders and teams for new processes, systems, and behaviors.
Communication & Engagement
- Create and execute targeted communication strategies.
- Facilitate leadership alignment, town halls, and change champion networks.
- Ensure consistent, transparent, and timely program communication.
Training & Role-Based Enablement
- Oversee development of training content and delivery plans.
- Prepare leaders and end users with the skills needed for adoption.
- Support role clarity and new competency requirements.
Governance & Collaboration
- Establish change governance and reporting structures.
- Work closely with program leadership, functional teams, and partners.
- Provide expert guidance to enable aligned, effective change execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or ERP/SAP Program Delivery.
- Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives across multi-division, multi-region organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP process transformation and global stakeholder management.
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; German or French is an asset.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is a strong plus.
