significant impact * You'll reimagine and create an innovative, seamless shopping experience that positively impacts our members' lives. * You'll tackle a high-impact & high-pace project involving many stakeholders. * You'll design and enhance a powerful platform used daily by thousands of members, scaling rapidly. * You'll influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of the e-commerce platform. You're the perfect fit if you have: * 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery. * Full-stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the stack, with a specialisation in backend development. * Member-facing product expertise - you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale. * Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in object-oriented programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#. * A collaborative, team-first mindset - you thrive on working closely with others and contribute to a positive, high-performing team dynamic. * Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. * Humble and still willing to grow. * Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
