Job description

As a Salesforce Administrator at Hyde, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform. You'll deliver high-quality support, configuration, and administration across the Group's Salesforce environment - ensuring a secure, seamless, and data-driven experience for colleagues and customers. This role requires someone with current, hands-on administrator experience (not consultancy backgrounds) and a willingness to support occasional weekend work when required.

Key Duties

  • Manage user and licence administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Own and resolve Salesforce support tickets, demonstrating strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with Analysts, Developers, and Architects to deliver fixes, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Configure Salesforce using best practice tools such as flows, workflow, Process Builder, record types, dashboards, and reports.
  • Carry out data loading and transformations using Salesforce Data Loader and support environment refreshes and back-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hands-on Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, configuration, and data loads.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement and system optimisation.
  • The ability to interpret user needs, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage security, profiles, permissions, and flows effectively.
