Job description
Salesforce Platform Administration Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud portals Build dashboards, flows, validation rules, and manage security settings. Configuration and support of the 3rd party applications installed into Salesforce (e.g. GoMeddo, Avonni, Nintex, etc) Support data migration, mapping, cleansing, bulk loading and integration troubleshooting. Assist with UAT, training, and BAU support during rollout phases. Contribute to phased regional rollout activities (preparation, testing, data migration, training, cutover, and hypercare). Work closely with business teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications
Requirements
Experience across Sales, Service, and Experience/Portal Clouds. Strong experience with data migration and integration projects Strong understanding of CRM processes and data quality principles. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and third-party apps. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Agile delivery experience is a plus.Preferred Certifications

Up to £40,000 + circa 10% Bonus + £4,900 Car Allowance (approx. £50k total package) 25 days holiday (rising with service). Private healthcare, life assurance, and pension. Mostly remote working with occasional paid office visits to London (once every 1-2 months)
