Technical Analyst

• Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, legal, IT, security, vendors) to collect, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
• Ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and project objectives.
• Developing detailed AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
• Identifying overlaps, gaps, and discrepancies in functional, data, and workflow aspects between systems targeted for integration.
• Drafting clear and comprehensive specifications, integration use cases, and technical documentation.
• Translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
• Understanding middleware concepts, data transformation processes, and system interoperability requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
• Validating that integration solutions meet security, operational, and compliance standards.
• Supporting testing and troubleshooting during implementation phases.

• Strong knowledge of middleware, data transformations, and system interoperability principles.
• Familiarity with integration scenarios and drafting technical specifications.
• Prior experience with crisis management platforms or similar large-scale systems would be considered an asset.
