Job description
- Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, legal, IT, security, vendors) to collect, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
- Ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and project objectives.
- Developing detailed AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
- Identifying overlaps, gaps, and discrepancies in functional, data, and workflow aspects between systems targeted for integration.
- Drafting clear and comprehensive specifications, integration use cases, and technical documentation.
- Translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Understanding middleware concepts, data transformation processes, and system interoperability requirements.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
- Validating that integration solutions meet security, operational, and compliance standards.
- Supporting testing and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
Requirements

Technical Skills
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
- Expertise in creating AS-IS / TO-BE workflows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.
- Ability to identify functional and data discrepancies across integrated systems.
- Strong knowledge of middleware, data transformations, and system interoperability principles.
- Familiarity with integration scenarios and drafting technical specifications.
- Prior experience with crisis management platforms or similar large-scale systems would be considered an asset.
