Job description
- Manage physical and digital access including badges and user rights.
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure workstations and mobile devices., The IT Department of the City of Morges manages all information and telecommunication systems of the municipal administration of Morges, including the IT of regional structures. Its mission includes ensuring the availability of all systems under its responsibility, assisting users in case of problems, and implementing solutions that meet their needs in collaboration with the beneficiary services. As part of these activities, the IT Department is looking to fill a new position of:

The assigned tasks are as follows:
- manage physical and IT access such as badges and user rights
- provide user support (level 1 helpdesk) for hardware, software, and applications
- install and configure workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
- maintain software and systems in operational and secure conditions
- manage the stock and inventories of IT equipment
- contribute to the improvement of procedures and compliance with health and safety measures at work.
Requirements
- CFC in IT with focus on infrastructure or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years in a similar role with Linux and Windows network knowledge.
- Strong MS Office skills and teamwork-oriented with customer focus., * Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as IT specialist with a focus on operations and infrastructure, or equivalent training is essential
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- knowledge in Linux and Windows network administration, as well as LAN, WAN, and WiFi environments
- proficient in MS Office suite, virtualization technologies, and backup solutions
- comfortable working in a team and strong customer orientation
- knowledge of English is a plus.
