Job description
As a Software Implementation Engineer, you will play a significant role in function of our Quantum Maritime Engineering Team
Based in Rostock, you'll collaborate with a growing team of engineers, mechanics, and leaders as we scale to 100+ maritime experts over the next 12 months. As a Software Implementation Engineer, your role is to integrate Quantum Systems software modules within our USVs and UUVs.
You will work closely with stakeholders from hardware and software development to integrate the core technology of Quantum Systems in the maritime products and to integrate the maritime products into the #MOSAIC System. With the implementation of software, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for sea and underwater data collection solutions with unmanned surface vessels (USV) and unmanned underwater vessels (UUV).

What is your Day to Day Mission:
- Implement Software routines on maritime hardware
- Adopt hardware interfaces to software
- Test software routines on maritime hardware
- Adopt software from UAVs to control USVs and UUVs
- Implement swarm functionalities on the USVs and UUVs
- Interact with the software development of Quantum Systems
Requirements
Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have a degree in the field of hardware-based software engineering
- You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in implementing software in autonomous vehicles
- You are interested in bringing technology to the next level
- You are open, communicative, very friendly and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert.
- You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility forward independently.
- Communication in English is a matter of course for you.
