Senior Solutions Engineer - Barcelona

You'll also have the chance to visit our Sydney HQ and experience the energy of the team in person The Role We are open to individuals across varied experience levels in pre/ post-sales roles. Your role will be critical in helping our Enterprise customers leverage AI agents to solve core business problems. Using, understand customer requirements as well as their deepest pain points. * Designing and developing tailored AI agents that solve real business problems, ensuring operational fit, scalability, and measurable value. * Lead customer enablement through hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing support to drive self-sufficiency on the Relevance AI platform. * Act as a strategic partner, influencing product direction through customer insights while identifying opportunities for deeper integration and growth. What We're Looking For * Highly accomplished experience in solutions engineering/ architecture, technical consulting, forward-deployed engineering or similar roles at the intersection between customers and product. * Engineering mindset and strong technical foundations. You will need to be comfortable working with APIs. Experience with Python/ Gen AI/ LLMs is highly valued. *, Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate complex
