Application Operation Manager

Application Operations Manager (AOM) for the banks electronic document management and Client Lifecycle Management system and the right hand of the ITSO and AR of the mentioned applications, you are responsible for running and maintaining the IT solution in an agile environment.

• Minimum 5 years in a Linux environment
• Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
• Understanding of JAVA tech stack (Appway experience is a plus)
• Banking knowledge in the area of client partner data management (CRM), account opening, and compliance environment are advantageous
• Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate an IT Service / Solution, preferably with a MOTS product 3rd and 2nd Level
• Experience with database development (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience operating standard software (lifecycle, parameterization, and further development)
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint
