Collect and analyze the country's business requirements for the assisted channel tool.

Evaluate current or necessary local functionalities and align them with global product capabilities.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to align business requirements and functional solutions.

Document the country's requirements, particularities, and exceptions in a clear and structured manner.

Map and analyze end-to-end transactional flows and customer journeys.

Collaborate with global and local teams to validate requirements, estimates, and functional definitions.

Support prioritization and backlog refinement in coordination with the Product Owner
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the financial services sector.

Proven experience in channel transformation or transactional banking processes (understanding of assisted channel is a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Good communication skills for working collaboratively in a team.

Languages: Spanish (Required).

English level fluent or high. (Preferred).
