If you are experienced in records and data administration and processing, committed to ensuring systems and processes are streamlined and efficient, please read on as this could be the perfect role for you!
You will be highly motivated, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You'll be capable of carrying out a multitude of student data and systems related processes and providing guidance and support to a wide range of stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for supporting the data management of a variety of student data processes and systems, ensuring data is efficiently and consistently maintained across the University.
Experience in working in a busy office environment and operating to strict deadlines, is ideal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for and responding to all student data and systems related enquiries, within outlined service level agreements
- Supporting the maintenance and updating of courses and modules within the student records system
- Supporting the collation of, and inputting assessment results and Exam Board decisions
- Producing transcript requests
- Processing student course transfers and modules choices
The post provides an exciting opportunity to develop expert knowledge of student records systems, in addition to supporting the delivery of a variety of student-facing events.
You will be working from our city base and home, with travel to other NTU sites as required.
