Job description
The Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of key initiatives to modernise and enhance spirit and alcohol management systems across our operations. You will be a key contributor in shaping and delivering our digital transformation, which will ensure our production, inventory, supply chain and quality control processes leverage cutting-edge technology for maximum efficiency, compliance, and traceability.
You will have seven main areas of responsibility:
- Strategic Contribution - to support the Director of Blending & Inventory in defining and executing the roadmap for upgrading and implementing advanced spirit management and alcohol tracking systems across the business.
- Technology Implementation - to coordinate the selection, integration, and optimization of digital platforms that enhance spirit production, blending, inventory control, supply chain and regulatory compliance.
- Process Optimization - to identify through AI, digital assistants and other tools inefficiencies in current alcohol and materials management processes, making recommendations for automation and digital solutions and then deploying these to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Data & Regulatory Compliance - to collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of all new technologies with excise duty regulations, traceability requirements, and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement - to collaborate with operations, IT, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure transformation initiatives deliver tangible business benefits.
- Change Management & Training - to lead change adoption by training teams, refining workflows, and supporting the creation of a culture of digital excellence.
- Project & Budget Oversight - to undertake an integral role in the design and delivery of multi-million-pound transformation projects, balancing innovation with cost efficiency and risk management.
Who you'll be working with
Internally, you'll collaborate with the wider Production team as well as other colleagues across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Compliance.

Requirements
- Are skilled in Technical Leadership - you should have previous experience of playing a leading role in implementing ERP, MES, and digital tracking solutions for alcohol production and inventory.
- Excel in Project Management - you will have strong experience in coordinating and supporting large-scale technology transformation and leading system implementation projects.
- Have strong Learning Agility - you should have the capability to quickly develop an understanding of regulatory & compliance requirements, including alcohol excise laws, traceability standards, and global regulations affecting spirit production.
- Have developed Business Acumen - with proven ability to align technology upgrades with commercial and operational objectives, delivering measurable ROI.
- Are skilled in Leadership & Influence: Strong ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a complex, fast-paced environment. Demonstrable ability and experience in building capability through training teams in digital excellence.
