Job description
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user problems, delivering clear and professional support.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials.
- Support the maintenance of networks, infrastructure, and mobile devices across multiple sites.
- Track and document all support activity, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons are captured.
- Assist with systems analysis, solution evaluation, and process improvement projects.
- Help deliver training and build user confidence with new technologies.
Requirements
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field.
- Experience in an in-house, customer-focused IT support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
