Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, resolving IT issues quickly and effectively.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot user problems, delivering clear and professional support.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials.
  • Support the maintenance of networks, infrastructure, and mobile devices across multiple sites.
  • Track and document all support activity, ensuring issues are resolved and lessons are captured.
  • Assist with systems analysis, solution evaluation, and process improvement projects.
  • Help deliver training and build user confidence with new technologies.

Requirements

  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in an IT-related field.
  • Experience in an in-house, customer-focused IT support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative.
