You will

  • Identify opportunities within our regulatory performance incentives (NARM, IIS) to meet or exceed our performance targets and maximise incentive return.
  • Drive delivery of system and process enhancements, leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing projects from business case to implementation.
  • Own and improve asset data governance, quality, and stewardship-ensuring our systems and data meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts, standardising approaches and building expertise across the team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A degree (Bachelors/Masters/PhD) in a STEM subject and substantive experience in asset management or a regulated utility environment.

  • Deep knowledge of CNAIM and NARM frameworks, with practical experience populating, calibrating and managing the asset risk models.
  • Proven experience engaging with network regulators, managing regulatory period performance and a track record for maximising performance incentive returns.
  • Hands-on experience in asset management systems (e.g., SAP, MAXIMO, ArcGIS) and data tools (Power BI, SQL, Python).
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and to deliver system improvements that drive efficiency and value.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels-including regulators and industry peers and a collaborative, proactive approach, with a passion for data quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
