Job description
Lead the organization of sprint content together with Calibration stakeholders (Product Owners, Program Manager, etc.). Host sprint-related meetings including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Review/Retrospective sessions. Ensure smooth daily execution of calibration tasks by proactively identifying and removing roadblocks. Coordinate requests coming from and towards other Agile teams. Provide input to timing and scope discussions at the project level. Contribute to overall project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. Utilize or learn Agile project management tools and calibration development environments.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master to join our eDCT project organization, focusing on the Calibration (Functional Validation & Performance) team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile projects within a dynamic automotive engineering environment., Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with a strong interest in automotive engineering. Experience in calibration and/or software development is a strong advantage. Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum planning is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are required; knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
