Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Sopra Steria, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients from various industries through their dynamic data journey. You will assist clients in transforming their data processes. By thoroughly analysing and understanding customer needs, you'll match their requirements with meaningful data solutions. Your innovative approach will enable you to generate impactful analyses that deliver efficient, user-focused solutions. Through your expertise and advice across the data value chain, you'll ensure the successful implementation and support of Sopra Steria's diverse portfolio of data services., Additionally, you'll join our Data & AI team, where we support enterprises and institutions to become more data driven, and assist our clients to increase business efficiency and create impact with data. We offer a complete portfolio of Services and Solutions to unburden organisations in every step of their transition: from defining and executing the data strategy and governance, over setting up data platforms, to visualizing dashboards and applying the latest data science and artificial intelligence methodologies.

You'll have knowledge and experience of the following:

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst
• You help customers in their data transformation, focusing on data architecture, data strategy and governance, data foundation, and more
• Based on your advice across the entire data value chain, you ensure that Sopra Steria's portfolio of relevant data services is implemented and supported
• You collect, analyze and match customer demand with meaningful data
• You have knowledge and experience with databases and data modeling
• You have good knowledge and experience with SQL
• You have practical experience with Microsoft cloud or comparable alternatives
• Knowledge of a programming language like Python is a plus
• Experience with using and implementing AI in your and the client's workflow is a plus
• You have analytical thinking, communication skills and a practical attitude
• You are proficient in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a must
