Requirements

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers, experiment with modern technologies, and design data flows that enable decision-making and innovation for millions of creators, influencers, and brands worldwide. * Build Scalable Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver reliable data across the company. * Ensure Data Quality & Security: Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices to keep our systems accurate, performant, and compliant. * Collaborate & Enable: Partner with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers to deliver structured datasets to unlock new insights. * Evolve Our Data Platform: Manage and improve our data warehouse and infrastructure to support analytics, AI, and ML use cases at scale. * Innovate: Experiment with advanced data modelling and analytical techniques to improve system capabilities and create new opportunities. * Proven experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering or a related role. * Strong experience with SQL for querying and optimization of large datasets, including designing and building ETL pipelines at scale. * Strong proficiency in Python for data processing. * Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehouse architecture, and the ability to design evolving data systems. * Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-structured data models and high-quality datasets that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making. * Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience with cloud and data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Redis). * Experience working closely with Analysts and ML specialists. * Familiarity with DevOps frameworks and tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, Documentation). * Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and/or experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
