Responsibilities * Build and Evolve the Platform: Design, develop, and optimize data infrastructure that empower teams to build and run their own pipelines and data products. * Stay Ahead of the Curve: explore emerging data tools and technologies, experimenting with new approaches that could strengthen our platform, while pragmatically balancing innovation with what already works. * Build Scalable Pipelines: Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver reliable data across the company. * Ensure Data Quality & Security: Implement monitoring, governance, and best practices to keep our systems accurate, performant, and compliant. * Collaborate & Enable: Partner with Analysts, ML Scientists, and Engineers to deliver structured datasets to unlock new insights. * Innovate: Experiment with advanced data modelling and analytical techniques to improve system, warehouse architectures, with the ability to design evolving data systems. * Experience implementing DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).
