Data-driven Maintenance Improvement Specialist

As a Maintenance Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming maintenance strategies for our milking systems through data. You will:

• Analyze failure patterns, performance metrics, and maintenance records to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement innovative, data-backed maintenance strategies that enhance machine reliability and reduce downtime.
• Translate insights into practical solutions by working closely with engineering, service, and our support channels worldwide.
• Monitor the impact of implemented strategies and continuously refine them based on feedback and performance data.

You will collaborate with:

• Internal teams: R&D, Service, Product Management, and Data Analytics.
• External stakeholders: Lely regional offices (Clusters) and Lely Centers worldwide.

Together, you'll ensure our systems are not only more reliable but also easier and more efficient to maintain.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are analytically strong and an eminent process thinker, able to break down complex problems and design effective, data-driven solutions.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a technical or maintenance-related context.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to translate insights into real-world improvements and implement them effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken, read, written)
• Affinity with the agricultural sector and technology is a plus.
