As a Senior Analyst HRIS you will participate in the testing and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, developments, maintenance projects or rollout of new features as well as work across the business with all internal and external stakeholders, providing education and guidance on how HR and the organization utilize these systems and People data. The Senior Analyst HRIS is an ideal role for someone who is motivated by high standards and personal integrity and who also enjoys problem solving and has strong analytical thinking. Responsibilities:
- Assess impact and feasibility of change requests across applications, integrations, and data security. Recommend scalable, compliant solutions that meet evolving HR business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on HR technology, staying ahead of industry trends and proactively introducing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Deliver hands-on support for core HR systems (Source to Gross Pay, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Labor Workforce). Troubleshoot issues and partner with IS&T and functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through proactive system enhancements and automation.
- Play a key role in testing, implementing, and rolling out system upgrades and new features by translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensure robust documentation and testing throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyse and deliver HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with our CoEs to uphold data accuracy and compliance. Educate stakeholders and drive corrective actions to maintain high data quality standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert across the organization, ensuring consistency and maximizing efficiencies in HR systems across all regions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - but we value mindset and experience just as much as formal education.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is a strong plus.
- Hands-on exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, or Labor Relations - or experience configuring HR/Payroll systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
- A flexible and agile approach, with the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in a cross-functional, matrixed setup.
- Sharp analytical and mathematical skills to interpret complex data and drive insights.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
- A sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems.
- A service-oriented attitude and a collaborative spirit - you're a true HR team player.
