Job description
- You will help the product owner to define and maintain a well refined product backlog that is prioritised and aligned with strategic goals
- You will be responsible for identifying and addressing systemic impediments, actively working across teams to optimise delivery flow and remove impediments so the development team can focus on the work at hand
- Facilitate the core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives) ensuring they deliver value to development teams and stakeholders. Guide teams through PI Planning and System Demos, ensuring alignment with Agile Release Trains and broader business objectives
- You will monitor key Agile performance metrics and use these insights to drive data-informed improvements and provide transparency to stakeholders at all levels
- You will play a critical role in Agile transformation efforts, introducing frameworks, tools, and cultural practices that enable high-performing, autonomous teams. You'll contribute to the evolution of Agile practices across multiple teams and portfolios, scaling Agile effectively and sustainably across the organisation
- You will help build a trusting and psychologically safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem solving
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Deep knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe)
- Advanced user of the Atlassian suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications and can develop and act on appropriate metrics
- Can communicate with clarity, brevity and simplicity, and set simple, tangible priorities, eliminating complexity for faster customer delivery
- Promote collaboration and influence stakeholders across organisational boundaries
Desirable:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
