Scrum Master

• Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Removing roadblocks and impediments by identifying the right resources and resolving issues promptly.
• Using team performance data to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Assessing the team's Scrum maturity and guiding them towards higher levels of proficiency.
• Cultivating a trusting, safe environment where problems can be openly discussed and solved, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Demonstrating strong leadership qualities and encouraging a collaborative mindset across the team

• Experience with Atlassian suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge and experience of using Lean/Agile methodologies
• PSM1/CSM qualification is desirable
• APM qualification or similar is also desirable
