Job description
- Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support our migration to M365 and Entra ID.
- Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
- Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
- Manage the full device lifecycle - builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
- Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi-Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
- Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
- Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching.
- Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
- Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
- Clear, confident communication skills - translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
- Microsoft tenant migrations
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- SharePoint Administration
- JIRA Administration
- API integrations
- AI adoption
