You'll:

Key qualities and experience that will help you succeed:

• A strong track record with C#/.NET, or solid experience in another OO language like Java or Python
• Confident working with SQL databases and designing solutions that scale
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Excellent communication skills - able to articulate ideas clearly to both colleagues and clients
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology, with a desire to stay curious and keep learning
• The ability to take a project from concept through to delivery, owning every stage of development
• An entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable running towards challenges
• A solid academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• Financial Services experience is helpful, but absolutely not essential
