Electrical Mobile Engineer

• Deliver safe, effective, and compliant planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, ensuring high standards of reliability and performance.
• Perform minor electrical installations and repairs, such as lighting, sockets, switches, and plant equipment.
• Contribute beyond core trade tasks by supporting basic plumbing, unblocking drains, and general maintenance such as fitting shelves or notice boards.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and permit-to-work systems.
• Provide technical support during critical incidents and participate in the on-call rota (1 week in 4) for out-of-hours support.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Mobile Engineer with strong HVAC expertise to join our Building Services team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance across site facilities.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building services or mechanical engineering, with proven expertise across electrical and HVAC systems
• Demonstrated experience in PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC assets
• Competent with IT systems, including MS Office and CAFM/CMMS platforms
• Confident using handheld devices (PDAs) for task management and reporting
• Physically capable of working at height and in confined spaces
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Full, clean UK driving licence

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am till 4:30pm
