Support our team as an expert in software development for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports.
Be part of this challenge and join our team to work on the following tasks:
As Product Owner, you ensure the successful delivery and improvement of our air traffic control management software. You bridge product management and development, translating requirements into actionable tasks and guiding the team toward product goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand, challenge, and refine requirements from product management; communicate them clearly to the development team
- Drive feature preparation and ensure features are ready for implementation
- Manage the team's defect backlog and act as first point of contact for new defects
- Lead your team in Program Increment (PI) and sprint planning sessions
- Present and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and acceptance criteria are fulfilledClose collaboration with the team lead to maximize the value delivered by the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a product owner, product manager, project manager, or in a similar role in a software development environment
- Solid background in requirements engineering
- Ability to maintain a clear overview and act with calmness, clarity, and consistency, even during hectic periods and in ambiguous environments, ensuring steady guidance for the team
- Fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in German is a benefit
- Eagerness to acquire in-depth knowledge of air traffic control and apron management domains; prior experience in this sector is advantageousStrong sense of initiative and responsibility for own work, while supporting shared team goals

In Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement: The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 3.843,- gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
