Job description

By introducing this expertise, our Product Management and Software Engineering teams can remain focused on their core activities, while project manager ensures:

  • Active management of customer relationships
  • Creation and follow-up of structured project plans
  • Professional reporting for both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Organization of internal and external steering committees
  • Proactive identification of risks and implementation of mitigation actions
  • Creating business analysis of the desire solution

Your Role

As Software Project Manager, you will take ownership of those strategic projects. While the functional analysis is largely documented by our product team, the main challenge lies in ensuring the execution and roll-out within the agreed timeline. You will act as the central link between Corilus, the client, and internal product teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear governance, and strong delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage scope, budget, and timeline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Scope and budget are already defined in the agreement. A high-level timeline exists and requires further refinement into a detailed project plan.
  • Set up and maintain project reporting and status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Formalize progress and budget reporting using KPIs, supported by spreadsheets and presentations. Ensure consistent reporting both internally within Corilus and externally to the customer.
  • Organize and lead steering committee (steerco) meetings.
  • Prepare internal and external steerco meetings with clear status updates, risk and escalation overviews, and decision points for C-level stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder management across customer and Corilus teams.
  • Consult, inform, and align the expectations and concerns of stakeholders across both organizations to ensure common understanding and commitment.
  • Identify risks and manage escalations proactively.
  • Detect risks at an early stage, monitor them closely, and implement preventive measures to avoid escalation.
  • Align roadmaps between Corilus and the customer to ensure strategic fit.
  • Coordinate customer-side infrastructure/interface changes with Corilus' product development roadmap to secure timely and synchronized implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to secure high-quality deliverables.
  • Corilus software will evolve towards a cloud-based solution. Business requirements have been captured in a functional analysis documenting their needs. As Project Manager, you will work hand in hand with the Product Manager to guarantee timely delivery of these (non-exclusive) features.
  • Creating business analysis and/or optimizing existing documentation
  • Participate in the documentation of the business analysis to assure the solution is in line with the customers demands.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years' experience in software project management and business analysis

  • Experience with ERP or enterprise software implementations; experience as a project manager in an external consultancy/implementation partner for corporate clients is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French, with proficiency in English strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to motivate and align teams.
  • Strong influencing skills: able to build trust and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, even without formal authority.

Benefits & conditions

  • A key role in a high-visibility strategic project within the healthcare sector.
  • The opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of Belgian pharmacies.
  • A dynamic, innovative, and people-focused company culture.
