Tasks

• Provide first and second-level support for technical issues.

• Administer and develop our Linux-based server infrastructure.

• Manage and configure end-user devices across various platforms., * First and Second Level Support: You support our employees with technical problems and ensure smooth IT operations

• Linux Server Administration: Maintenance, monitoring, and further development of our Linux-based server infrastructure

• Client Management: Provision, configuration, and management of end devices (Windows, Android, iOS) for new and existing employees

• Project and Tool Development: Independent development and implementation of new IT solutions and automation processes

• Web Administration: Maintenance and further development of the company website as well as web-based applications

• System Integration: Support and optimization of existing systems such as e-learning portals and business applications

• Digitalization Support: Active participation in shaping digital transformation processes in the company

• IT Security Management: Monitoring IT security, patch management, and incident response

• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensuring and monitoring data backup strategies

• Network Administration: Management and monitoring of the network infrastructure

• IT Budget Planning: Participation in planning and controlling the IT budget We are looking for an open-minded, communicative, and helpful person with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• IT Training: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology or support)

• Linux Administration: Solid knowledge in Linux system administration and maintenance

• Completed IT education with a focus on systems or support.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills needed.
