Job description
The Lead Systems Architect provides architectural leadership for Pega CDH programs, focusing on backend system integrations across enterprise ecosystems. This role ensures high-performance, secure, real-time integrations between CDH and enterprise platforms., * Architect end-to-end integration patterns using REST/JSON, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, SFTP, ETL pipelines
- Define architecture blueprints, data flows, sequence diagrams, and deployment models
- Ensure low-latency, real-time decisioning and high availability across touchpoints
- Enforce standards for security, logging, retries, API versioning, and error handling
Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Lead integration workstreams across environments
- Approve integration designs and interface specifications
- Guide developers in building scalable components
- Ensure alignment with security and architectural governance
CDH Enablement & Ecosystem Orchestration
- Design strategies for customer data, interaction history, and AI model inputs
- Collaborate with Decisioning and Data Architects
- Optimize inbound channels such as web, mobile, contact center, ATM/kiosk, IVR
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Lead technical workshops
- Present architectural recommendations
- Troubleshoot integration challenges
Quality, Performance & Governance
- Define NFRs and performance benchmarks
- Oversee performance testing and environment readiness
- Ensure solutions follow SDLC best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in SOAP?, * 8+ years in enterprise architecture or integration engineering
- 5+ years in Pega Platform or CDH
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices
- Good understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, Kafka/Kinesis, middleware
- Strong knowledge of security and cloud-native architectures
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Preferred / Certifications:
- CLSA certification (required)
- Experience in MarTech, CDP, CRM, or data hub architectures
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
