Would you like to join a leading Digital Solution Company and contribute to innovative solutions that are built on a daily basis?, The Lead Systems Architect (LSA) is the senior technical authority responsible for designing, integrating, and scaling Pega CDH solutions. The role specializes in backend integrations enabling secure, real-time, high-volume data exchange between CDH and enterprise systems., Enterprise Architecture & Integration Design
- Define integration patterns using REST/JSON, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, SFTP, ETL
- Create architecture blueprints: data flows, sequence diagrams, integration specs
- Ensure real-time, high throughput, low-latency integrations
- Set standards for authentication, encryption, error handling, retries, and API versioning
Technical Leadership Lead integration workstreams across environments (Dev
- Prod)
- Review and approve integration design & mapping documents
- Guide teams on scalable and reusable component development
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security and governance
CDH Enablement
- Design data sourcing strategies for profiles, interaction history, decisioning data, and AI inputs
- Collaborate with Decisioning and Data Architects to support eligibility, arbitration, and scoring
- Optimize real-time container behavior for inbound channel systems
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Conduct workshops with IT and architecture teams
- Present technical recommendations and design patterns
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive resolutions
Quality, Performance & Governance
- Define NFRs (performance, throughput, resiliency)
- Oversee performance testing, failover, readiness, and capacity planning
- Ensure maintainable, scalable solutions aligned with SDLC best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in SOAP?, Languages: Fluent German & English Required, * 8+ years in enterprise architecture/integration engineering
- 5+ years in Pega Platform/CDH (LSA or senior integration role preferred)
- Deep knowledge of RESTful services, event-driven architectures, microservices
- Experience with relational/NoSQL DBs, Kafka/Kinesis, middleware
- Strong understanding of security, high-availability, and cloud-native architectures
Preferred / Certifications
- CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) - Mandatory
- Experience with marketing tech platforms, CDPs, CRMs
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus
