Job description

Purpose of the position Support and further development of software tools for the sales force & assistance in supporting the sales force with commercial and logistical issues Main tasks Independent needs analysis and further development of processes in the CRM system (Sales Force) or in user software (e.g., MS 365) and their implementation Independent creation of training materials and largely independent implementation of training courses for the Sales Force CRM system Independent analysis and further development of business processes using existing and future software applications and technologies Responsibility for ensuring data consistency between the various IT systems used by sales (e.g., Sales Tool, Sales Force, SAP) Independent first-level support for Salesforce CRM software Independently creating and tracking requirements in the ticket system (in English) Management and collaboration in projects for the further development of application software in the field, including the introduction of tools into routine use and training of all employees Collaboration in international project teams/projects (partly in English) Supporting the field service in the preparation of quotation calculations and inventory calculations, as well as in questions regarding delivery logistics Collaboration in the implementation of applicable legal and company guidelines, medical device safety, the quality management system, and the guidelines for sustainable management in the area of responsibility, Diasorin reserves the right to modify or amend this job posting as needed to comply with local laws and regulations. Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training or degree, preferably in the field of IT Professional experience Several years of experience in application programming, ideally combined with very good knowledge of the handling and user support of Sales Force (CRM), MS 365, and other user software Experience in internal sales and sales controlling is desirable Additional knowledge and skills Advanced user knowledge of MS 365 and VBA programming, CRM system Sales Force Structured and process-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills Excellent team player with an interest in establishing and maintaining close contacts with field staff, office staff, and customers Efficient, highly accurate, structured, and reliable way of working High level of service orientation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness Fluent written and spoken German and English
