• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im Onsite Support
• Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und/oder macOS-Umgebungen
• Verständnis für Netzwerke, IT-Security und mobile Endgeräte
• Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und servicebewusste Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
