Job description

Participate in client engagements, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. * Support the delivery of data management, analytics, or digital projects, including technical tasks such as data integration, reporting, or analysis. * Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and reports for clients. * Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. * Engage proactively in problem-solving, providing recommendations and supporting implementation. * Communicate clearly with clients, balancing technical detail with business context. * Assist in developing proposals or supporting RFP responses as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in ETL?, We are looking for a motivated and versatile Consultant with 3-4 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and client-facing skills, and is comfortable both supporting clients and leading conversations when required with strong technical capabilities.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive approach, with the ability to dive into technical details, solve problems, and contribute across multiple projects. The candidate should thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting senior consultants while also taking ownership of their work and interactions with clients., * 3-4 years of professional experience in consulting, data management, analytics or digital projects. * Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in hands-on tasks when needed. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to discussions at both technical and business levels. * Self-starter mindset, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. * Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages can be a plus.

Desired Skills: * Knowledge of ETL, MDM/PIM, BI tools, AI or analytics platforms. * Experience supporting client workshops, data assessments, or solution design. * Ability to adapt to different projects and industries. * Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
